Class cancellation policy: Please contact Sweet Home Quilting at least three (3) days prior to the start date of a class. There are no refunds for cancellations made three (3) days or less for classes.
Workshop cancellation policy:
Refunds are not given for workshops. Workshops usually incur large up-front expenses with obtaining instructors and sometimes venue locations. We need to be able to rely on the registrations in order to make these larger events happen.
Registration can be transferred - but you must call the shop and provide information for the transfer. We may be able to assist with the transfer if there is a waitlist.
Refunds cannot be provided for "no-shows"
Class (sorry this does not include workshops) attendees will receive a 15% discount on class supplies, excluding kits
If Sweet Home Quilting cancels a class due to low enrollment, teacher emergency or inclement weather, students will be notified by telephone, and a refund in the amount of the class fee will be made.
