Why two different piecing methods for a block that looks EXACTLY the same?” I’ll tell you! Larger print fabrics may work better with Option One, which won’t chop up the motifs. Option Two works great with smaller scale and all over print designs. But either can be used with ANY fabrics!
Pictured quilt is made with Free Spirit’s Kaffe fabric line. Quilt finishes at 60" x 84". Note: 9 fabrics - and for the fused option, they all use 1 1/4 yards. For the pieced version, all but one use 3/4 yard, so super easy to kit!
