This stand-up tote comes in two sizes and both have an easy to install zippered top that opens wide for easy access to contents. Each tote features an adjustable, detachable carrying strap plus two outer zippered pockets and two inner mesh pockets. These totes are perfect companions to the Tool Case or the Running with Scissors patterns (sold separately).

Fusible interfacing: (Pellon SF 101 or similar) 2” x 11 ½” OR 3” x 15 ½”

Mesh fabric: 12” x 13” OR 18” x 17”

Handbag zippers: one 24” or longer single-slide AND one 30” or longer double-slide
      OR One 24” single-slide AND one 40” or longer double-slide zipper

1” polypro strapping: 2 ¼ yards OR 3 yards

1” hardware: two 1” D-rings or triangle ring, two 1” swivel-hooks and one 1” wide-mouth slider (this is the same for both sizes)

Fold-over elastic: 1 ½ yards OR 2 yards

Base stabilizer (optional): 7 ¾” x 14 ¾” for larger size only

Thread 50 wt to match fabric

Additional supplies needed:

Needles 80/12 Microtex, iron and mat, rotary cutter, ruler and mat, scissors and thread snips, pins, wonder clips (optional but very helpful), wash-out marker, stiletto, fabric turning tool (optional but very helpful), bodkin.
